Message	the a-spec to the c-spec. How old is the gas in the tank? And how long did the car have to sit before the smog test? When I did the two cars last year, I drove them for at least 20 minutes on the freeway and then got them into the test as quickly as possible (fortunately, there was no wait so the cars were tested within 5 - 10 minutes of being driven).
